Your account has two separate kinds of password. Changing one does not change the other, so use the right steps for what you need.

Change your cPanel (hosting account) password

From your billing portal:

1. Log in at https://4goodhosting.com/billing2/clientarea.php.
2. Go to Services > My Services and click your hosting plan.
3. In the Actions menu, click Change Password, enter a new password, and save.

You can also change it inside cPanel under Preferences > Password & Security.

Change an email account password

1. Log in to cPanel (see How do I log in to cPanel?).
2. Open Email > Email Accounts.
3. Click Manage next to the address, enter a New Password under Security, and click Update Email Settings.

After changing an email password, update it in every mail app and phone that checks that mailbox, or they will keep failing to log in.
