Your 4GoodHosting account includes StopSpam.ca, our in-house SpamExperts filtering service. It filters spam, viruses, and phishing before they ever reach your mailbox, with virtually no delay in delivery.
Log in to your spam control panel
- Open https://login.stopspam.ca in your browser, or click the StopSpam icon in the Email section of cPanel.
- Enter your domain name as the username (for example, yourdomain.com).
- Click Reset password. A new password is emailed to the contact address on your 4GoodHosting account. Use it to log in.
Manage quarantined email
- Quarantine: view, sort, and search every message caught by the filter.
- Release: deliver a message to your inbox.
- Release and Whitelist: deliver the message and always allow that sender in future.
- Remove / Remove and Blacklist: delete a message, optionally blocking that sender permanently.
Tip: releasing a message trains the filter, so release genuine email only. Releasing spam, virus, or phishing messages can reduce filtering quality. To whitelist an address, enter just the name part, for example adding charles allows all mail to charles@yourdomain.com.
